By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Orders

• All our products are food items (chocolates, candies, coated nuts and gourmet gifts) manufactured in-house and made fresh to order.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or written confirmation from our team for bulk/corporate orders).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
• Product images are for representation. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, as each batch is handcrafted.

2. Personalization Content

• When you upload a logo, photo, name or message for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it.
• We do not accept content that is offensive, hateful, unlawful, or that infringes any third party’s trademark or copyright. We reserve the right to reject such orders with a full refund.
• Please double-check spellings and images before submitting — personalized items are produced exactly as per the details you provide.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed are not affected.

4. Food Safety & Allergen Notice

• Our products are manufactured in an FSSAI-licensed facility.
• Products may contain or come in contact with nuts (almonds, cashews, raisins and other tree nuts), milk solids, soy and gluten. Please review product descriptions carefully if you have allergies.
• Products are best consumed within the period mentioned on the packaging and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Cavellea name, logo, product designs, photographs and text — is the property of Bal Saroop Nutritions Private Limited and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, natural events, strikes, etc.).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab.
