Shipping Policy

1. Made Fresh, Then Shipped
Every Cavellea order is manufactured fresh after you place it. Typical timelines:
- Production: 1–3 business days (personalized and bulk orders may take longer — we’ll inform you).
- Delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote pin codes may take additional time.
2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a full refund.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before payment. There are no hidden charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp so you can follow your gift’s journey.
5. Address & Delivery
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- If a delivery fails because the recipient was unavailable, the courier will re-attempt as per their policy. If the package returns to us, we will contact you for re-shipping (re-shipping charges may apply).
6. Freshness in Transit
Our packaging is designed to protect products during transit. During extreme summer months, chocolate-based products may be slightly affected by heat in some regions — we take all reasonable precautions, and any product that arrives damaged is covered under our Refund Policy.
7. Bulk & Corporate Deliveries
Timelines for bulk/wedding/corporate orders are committed separately at the time of quotation, including scheduled/multi-location deliveries where required.
